Madeline is a Registered Kinesiologist who is passionate about helping people improve their mobility, decrease pain and correct movement impairments. She graduated from York University with Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology & Health Sciences. She also holds a BFA in Dance Specializing in Choreography and Performance. Madeline has extensive experience teaching dance as well as working as a strength and flexibility specialist with a variety of athletes through Athletix Academy. She holds her Acrobatic Arts certification, is a certified LifeStretch instructor, and is constantly taking part in seminars and workshops to further develop her understanding of the body. As a dancer and Kinesiologist, she recognizes the invaluable effects of exercise and stretching on the body, and is excited to help people move their bodies and stay healthy and flexible.
