Ally obtained her Master’s in Physiotherapy from McMaster university in 2022. Prior to this, she received her Bachelor’s of Health Sciences from Western University in 2020. As a former dancer and instructor, Ally has a special interest in orthopaedic injuries and is passionate about exercise and patient centred care. She is committed to continuing education to stay up to date on best current evidence. With post-grad training in concussion management, vestibular rehab, and acupuncture from Acupuncture Canada, she brings a mix of exercise, hands-on therapy, acupuncture, and education to her patient sessions. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, running, golfing, painting, and spending time with friends and family.

Physiotherapy Assessment

A Physiotherapy Assessment is required for all new clients, as well as returning clients who haven't received treatment at our clinic in more than 6 months, or that have a new injury. This is a one-on-one appointment with a registered physiotherapist in a private room.
