Nicky Patterson is a registered massage therapist (RMT), with over 10 years of experience. Nicky graduated from ICT Northumberland College in Halifax Nova Scotia. Their expertise lies in helping clients on their search for balance, well-being and optimal health. Nicky is trained in a variety of different techniques, including Swedish massage therapy and trigger point therapy with a special interest and expertise in deep tissue therapy and myofascial therapy. Nicky will provide clients with exercise and homecare where desired. Nicky is an empathetic and holistically minded massage therapist, who believes in enabling individuals towards an empowered approach to their health and well being.
