##Meet Aspen Hello! I'm Aspen. I am your local massage therapist and energy worker! I am always striving to deepen my own mind-body-spirit connection, and it is an honor to be able to help facilitate that care for others. I am a very intuitive worker and strongly believe in how the ancient practice of touch can help physically, mentally, and spiritually. At my table, my goal is to assess the root cause of whatever strain is arising in your body and life. You can expect a blend of nervous system tracking, myofascial, and some Swedish and neuromuscular work in our massage sessions. The goal is a grounded sense of being and letting your body find the natural ease that it craves. I hope to see you soon!
