Meet Aspen Hello! My name is Aspen, I am your local massage therapist and energy worker! I am always striving to deepen my own mind-body-spirit connection and it is an honor to be able to help facilitate that care for others. I am a very intuitive worker and believe heavily in how powerful the ancient practice of touch can help physically, mentally, and spiritually. If you are looking to feel more in tune and trusting of your body I am your girl. I got into this profession because of how uncomfortable and disconnected I have felt in my body. If you resonate with that statement don’t be afraid to come to my table. I prioritize safety and holistic care and hope that everyone that leaves my space feels more like a whole human than when they came.
This is a 60 minute Integrative Therapeutic Massage. Please note that Annie Snead handles her own scheduling, which is why all of her appointments appear booked online.
