Her passion for rehabilitative therapy started when she was young. She was heavily involved in a number of indoor and outdoor sports as both a player and a coach. During this time, she acquired quite a few injuries, which allowed her to appreciate the significance of rehabilitative practices that both heal injuries and, more importantly, prevent them from occurring. Through leading this active lifestyle, she developed a deep passion towards facilitating individuals in their road to recovery and their quest for optimal success. She hopes to educate her clients about the importance of injury prevention and also about the pathologies people commonly face today. She wants people to leave appointments feeling stronger and more empowered, and for people to truly understand that treatment without prevention is simply unsustainable.
