Jamie Neill is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist dedicated to helping individuals move better, recover from injury, and return confidently to the activities they enjoy. In addition to her clinical practice, Jamie serves as term faculty in the Athletic and Exercise Therapy program at Camosun College, where she is involved in educating and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. With experience spanning professional sport, university athletics, and private practice, Jamie has worked with athletes and active individuals across all levels of competition. Her background includes roles with Rugby Canada, Pacific FC, and university hockey programs, providing her with extensive expertise in injury assessment, rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and return-to-sport planning. Jamie works with clients of all ages and activity levels, from those managing everyday aches and pains to individuals recovering from surgery, motor vehicle accidents, and complex musculoskeletal injuries. She is also available for ICBC kinesiology services and individualized exercise programs designed to support long-term health and performance. Her treatment approach begins with a comprehensive assessment aimed at identifying the underlying factors contributing to pain or dysfunction. By combining evidence-informed rehabilitation, manual therapy, movement retraining, and therapeutic modalities, Jamie develops individualized treatment plans that address both symptoms and root causes. Outside the clinic, Jamie enjoys mountain and gravel biking, running, and tennis, which further fuel her passion for movement, performance, and helping others stay active throughout every stage of life.
