Hi, I’m Suzy Kilgore, a licensed massage therapist with 20 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies. My approach is intuitive, therapeutic, and customized to your unique needs. Rather than focusing on a single modality, I blend a variety of techniques to create a session that supports your goals. I hold an advanced certification in Sports & Injury Therapy and spent three years teaching massage therapy, experiences that deepened my understanding of anatomy, movement, and the body’s natural ability to heal. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, recovering from a physical injury, or simply looking for time to rest and recharge, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, cared for, and renewed. Swedish is a classic massage that uses light to medium pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and reduce stress. There is no focus on a particular issue or trigger points (knots). Massage cream is used with smooth gliding strokes to facilitate an overall calm state. PLEASE NOTE: These are beginning prices only. Each of our LMTs are their own individual business with unique pricing and service offerings. Complimentary aromatherapy and hot towels are offered with all our massage sessions.
