Deep Tissue techniques are suited best for clients that enjoy firmer pressure and/or for significantly tight areas or injuries. Manual Lymphatic Drainage seeks to encourage the body’s natural lymphatic flow, supporting the movement of excess lymph through the proper vessels. Because the lymphatic system is a superficial network, this modality consists of light skin stretching and gentle rhythmic, repetitive presses and workflow.
