BRITNEY B
Live Oak Massage
5341 Stewart Street, ENTER AT THE BACK, Milton, FL, 32570
Hi there! My name is Britney and Massage Therapy has been the one constant that has helped in alleviating my aches and pains since my early 20s. Now, as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I bring a lot of enthusiasm and focus to each client's personal wellness journey. Whether you are coming to me for relaxation or Deep Tissue work, my goal is that you walk out of my space better than how you came in. Services provided include Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal to those in the second and third trimester, and special treatments for Migraines and PMS. THINGS TO NOTE: 1. You MUST complete your intake form in FULL prior to your appointment. If it is not completed, we will not start your session. ID will also be checked to comply with Florida law. 2. Cleaning and Sanitation Protocol: After every client, all touchable areas including table, face cradle, bolster, doorknobs, payment system, lotion bottle(s), stool, shelves and surfaces will be wiped down with Prevention wipes. Pillows used from prenatal sessions are sprayed and air dried. Sheets are washed and dried in hot water/high heat and NEVER reused for another client until washed. I wash my hands promptly after your session while you are getting dressed and again after cleaning procedures. There is hand sanitizer available for you within my room or hand soap in the Restroom. Massage
Swedish is a classic massage that uses light to medium pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and reduce stress. There is no focus on a particular issue or trigger points (knots). Massage cream is used with smooth gliding strokes to facilitate an overall calm state. PLEASE NOTE: These are beginning prices only. Each of our LMTs are their own individual business with unique pricing and service offerings. Complimentary aromatherapy and hot towels are offered with all our massage sessions.
Lymphatic Drainage
This session can include cranial, anterior/posterior body and abdomen for those seeking post-surgical work or looking to assess and establish a regimen that works best for them. Manual Lymphatic Drainage seeks to encourage the body’s natural lymphatic flow, supporting the movement of excess lymph through the proper vessels. Because the lymphatic system is a superficial network, this modality consists of light skin stretching and gentle rhythmic, repetitive presses and workflow.
