“I’m Emily, a proud graduate from Queen’s University, where I specialized in Physiotherapy. My journey in this field began with a focus on sports-related injuries, which instilled in me the importance of patient-centered care that embraces a holistic approach to treatment and development. I leverage a combination of hands-on techniques, exercise prescriptions, and educational strategies to craft personalized rehabilitation plans. These plans are designed to promote health and independence outside the clinical setting. I’m deeply committed to my professional development and am currently enhancing my skills through additional training in pelvic health, manual therapy, and acupuncture. My expertise primarily lies in treating musculoskeletal issues, but I’ve developed a growing passion for pelvic health. I offer a broad spectrum of services, addressing everything from incontinence to pre- and post-pregnancy challenges, all with the goal of empowering my clients through knowledge and evidence-based practice. Outside the clinic, I’m an avid athlete and outdoor enthusiast. This blend of professional knowledge and personal interests allows me to offer a unique perspective to my clients. My ultimate aim is to support each individual on their distinct recovery journey, helping them return to the activities and lifestyle they love.”
