Massage

Buccal massage is a gentle form of face and neck massage that includes comprehensive techniques for lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and targeted massage of the face, scalp, and neck, uniquely incorporating intra-oral (inside the mouth) techniques. By gently addressing the muscles around the jaw and cheeks, it works to reduce inflammation, optimize tissue health, ease tension in chewing and expression muscles, alleviate jaw pain related to clenching or grinding (bruxism), improve circulation, and reduce tension headaches, often leading to a profound sense of relaxation. Your session may also incorporate Gua Sha using cool, smooth stones to facilitate myofascial release across the face, helping to soften adhesions and restore optimal tissue tension, and facial cupping for enhanced results. *Please wait a minimum of 3 weeks after receiving botox or injections to book this treatment.
