Madeline is a Registered Kinesiologist who is passionate about helping people improve their mobility, decrease pain and correct movement impairments. She graduated from York University with Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology & Health Sciences. She also holds a BFA in Dance Specializing in Choreography and Performance. Madeline has extensive experience teaching dance as well as working as a strength and flexibility coach with a variety of athletes through Athletix Academy. She holds her Acrobatic Arts certification, is a certified LifeStretch instructor, and is constantly taking part in seminars and workshops to further develop her understanding of the body. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Pilates Mat Teaching Certification. As a dancer and Kinesiologist, she recognizes the invaluable effects of exercise and stretching on the body, and is excited to help people move their bodies and stay healthy and flexible.
