Alyssa graduated from the Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto in 2004 and is registered through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Alyssa believes that Massage Therapy can enhance an individual’s overall sense of well being and improve their quality of life. Her experience has shown her that massage is beneficial as a preventative measure against many problems such as stress-related conditions, tension and repetitive strain injuries. She enjoys tailoring her massages to the specific needs of clients using general Swedish Massage techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and passive stretching to ensure her clients feel comfortable, safe and taken care of. Alyssa also has a lot of experience treating women through their pregnancies and post-natal care.
