I support individuals navigating physical challenges such as injury, pain, or fatigue, alongside the emotional and psychological patterns that often accompany them. With a background in professional dance and high-performance environments, I bring both a performance lens and a trauma-informed perspective to my kinesiology practice. As a Registered Kinesiologist, Canadian Certified Counsellor, and Certified Mental Performance Consultant candidate, my work integrates movement science, nervous system regulation, individualized strength programming, and strategies to support recovery and systemic inflammation. My areas of focus include: -Developing body awareness, control, and coordination -Building functional strength and movement capacity -Supporting injury rehabilitation, chronic pain, fatigue, and systemic inflammation -Pelvic floor education and women’s health, including training aligned with hormonal cycles -Nervous system regulation through body-based strategies -Athlete Long-Term Development and Performance Support My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s goals, limitations, and lived experience. Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, navigating persistent pain, or working toward higher performance, the focus is on creating sustainable change through consistency, awareness, and physical capacity.
