Talia completed her Master's of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. She takes a whole-person approach to care, blending evidence-based practice with a strong appreciation for how movement impacts every part of life. Her clinical background includes certifications in dry needling (AN-IMS), Calibrate Comprehensive Clinical Pilates training and her level 1 certifications in both the Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy program and Dance Physio Educator program. She has additional training in treating hypermobility and nerve-related conditions, and has a particular clinical interest in helping individuals manage these often complex and persistent issues. She has experience working with kids and teens with a variety of complex musculoskeletal, developmental and neurological conditions through her work with BC Children's Hospital and Sunny Hill Rehab Centre. Talia also works with Field Hockey Canada, supporting athletes through injury prevention and performance-focused rehab. Talia’s background in competitive dance, soccer, and field hockey shapes her passion for helping clients navigate recovery with confidence.
