Dr. Willow Johnson, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, with more than a decade of clinical experience. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, where she completed four years of full-time naturopathic medical training, including a 12-month clinical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and Brampton Civic Hospital. During her clinical internship, she was selected for specialty shifts providing care to Indigenous patients and working with people with complex and chronic health conditions, including chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and multiple chemical sensitivity. Dr. Willow provides individualized, evidence-informed naturopathic care and works collaboratively with patients to understand the factors contributing to their health concerns. Depending on the patient, care may include diagnostic assessment and laboratory testing, clinical nutrition and supplementation, diet and lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and other individualized naturopathic approaches. Dr. Willow also practices Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture. Acupuncture appointments are billed as naturopathic services and may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits that include naturopathic coverage. This appointment is meant for patients that have never seen Dr. Willow and are wanting acupuncture as well as a condensed naturopathic treatment plan. For a full overview and in depth treatment plan you must book the Initial Appointment. *Please note: We can direct bill for acupuncture will Dr. Willow, however it WILL come out of your naturopathic fund - NOT your acupuncture fund* *Please note that some insurance providers require the acupuncture provider to be a Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist to claim benefits. Shorter appointment times can be helpful to clarify questions pertaining to your treatment plan or to update your Naturopathic Doctor on important changes in your case. Reserved for a brief question, check-in, or email response. If you need more time with your Naturopathic Doctor than your chosen treatment length and her schedule allows for the extended time, you will be billed the full in session time used.
