Your initial appointment involves a detailed patient intake, including a thorough health history and complaint-oriented physical examination. Pressing prescriptions are made during this appointment. An intake form will be sent to you in advance of your appointment; we ask that you please return it 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We suggest booking the following in order to receive maximum benefit of the care plan you will receive: Initial consultation First follow-up (45 minutes) - ~ 1 month after initial visit Second follow-up (30-45 minutes) - ~ 1 month after 1st follow-up Booking your first 2 follow-up visits at the time of your initial visit ensures your spot in your Naturopathic Doctor's schedule as our doctors regularly book 8+ weeks out. *If there are no new patient openings available, please call our clinic to be placed on our waitlist.. We can then notify you about openings in the schedule.* NOTE: This appointment includes up to 75 minutes of in-session consultation PLUS 15 minutes of post-consult time dedicated to writing patient progress notes, organizing your chart and any lab work, creating and sending your tailored treatment plan, collaborating with other treatment team members where applicable, patient research, and planning your next treatment.
