Jocelyn is a physiotherapist with a special interest in Ultimate Frisbee, dedicating her time to competing internationally to represent Canada in various tournaments. Through her own personal fitness and athletic journey, she understands the physical and mental challenges that come with pain and injury. Her goal is to uncover the root cause of your discomfort and help you get back to doing the things you love. Jocelyn offers services in manual treatments, soft tissue techniques, exercise therapy, and education to help empower you to optimize your movement, enhance your strength, and reach your health goals. Jocelyn can speak Cantonese.
