I specialize in a very unique immersive massage experience that encompasses many of the modalities I've been trained in, along with my own intuitive knowing, while connecting to you as the client in the moment , exactly where you're at. I incorporate cranio-sacral, myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, and neuro-muscular re-education. I have studied kinesiology and anatomy in depth and have a diverse understanding of the human body. Reflexology
Just like the globe holds the map of the world, on our feet lies the map of the whole body. Feel the energy flow as we work the map of reflexes, pressure points and zones using finger, thumb and hand techniques. This treatment is completed without the use of oils, following a path of points and reflexes that will channel energy through all meridians promoting healing. A 60min session includes full legs and gluteal muscles.
