This therapy addresses the unique shifts of pregnancy, focusing on pelvic stability, edema reduction, and back relief. We utilize a secure side-lying setup with supportive cushioning to ensure optimal circulation and safety for both parent and baby. This nurturing treatment reduces stress hormones and eases muscular strain, providing a sanctuary for the body to adapt to its transition with tranquility.
Reflexology
Just like the globe holds the map of the world, on our feet lies the map of the whole body. Feel the energy flow as we work the map of reflexes, pressure points and zones using finger, thumb and hand techniques. This treatment is completed without the use of oils, following a path of points and reflexes that will channel energy through all meridians promoting healing. A 60min session includes full legs and gluteal muscles.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic technique that clears the body’s detox pathways, removing waste, excess fluid, and stagnation. When congestion builds, energy pathways become blocked, limiting the free flow of life force and lymph to flow.
