Massage Therapy
*Please allow up to 75-minutes for your appointment* This extended first appointment gives your RMT the time to complete a thorough health history and comprehensive assessment before beginning hands-on treatment. The goal is to understand your unique needs, tailor a safe and effective treatment plan, and set you up for the best results moving forward. You’ll receive both assessment and a 60-minute treatment during this visit. Book this if it's your first time seeing an RMT at Makewell.
Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, rhythmic technique that stimulates lymph flow to help the body clear waste, toxins, and excess fluid. This therapy can reduce swelling, support post-surgical recovery, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Ideal for those healing from surgery, managing inflammation, or wanting to boost overall wellness.
