Dr. Cara Caponio is a graduate of Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where she attained her Doctorate of Naturopathy. She has developed a high education in treating root causes of diseases and conditions through a holistic lens. Her treatments involve nutritional medicine, supplementation, herbal medicine, acupuncture, cupping, lifestyle counselling, mobilization, and more. She has developed a focus in the physical medicine and sports medicine field, as well as mental health, metabolic health, fertility/hormonal health, and GI health. Dr. Cara has grown up playing competitive soccer, and loves to take part in sports such as boxing, golfing, and weight lifting.
