I have certifications in advanced exercise prescription, CPR-C/AED, and first aid from the Canadian Red Cross. I'm a client-focused Kinesiologist with 4 years of experience helping people move better, feel better, and live more active lives. I specialize in rehab, movement assessment, and creating personalized exercise plans that actually work for each person. I've worked with a wide range of clients and enjoy being part of a team—whether in a clinic or fitness setting—to help people reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
