My Bio on Main Coastal Website: Francine is an honours graduate from Northumberland College in Halifax in 2001. Upon graduation, she continued her training in Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy. Most recently she has completed five years of study at the Canadian College of Osteopathy and is in the process of writing her thesis to obtain her accreditation as an Osteopath. Her numerous years in practice have provided her with extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of many different conditions. Her constant strive for continuing education gives her a vast array of tools and techniques to design the most beneficial treatment plan for her patients. Francine is a huge advocate for volunteering her skills. She volunteered for the QEII’s Sunshine room for three years treating people with Cancer as well as their loved ones. Presently she is volunteering her time with Connections Halifax. The Saturday Free Clinic provides free alternative health care for people with a low income and without extended health benefits.
