Dr. Lyndsey Osler is a chiropractor dedicated to delivering evidence-based care with a strong focus on exercise to optimize function, reduce pain, and keep people moving their best. Her involvement in sports from a young age instilled a lifelong appreciation for active, healthy living and inspired her to pursue a career that bridges the gap between performance, rehabilitation and long-term health. She earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology from McMaster University before completing her chiropractic education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She has also completed training in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, further broadening her clinical expertise. Throughout her studies, Lyndsey’s role shifted from athlete to sideline medical responder, gaining hands-on experience with a variety of sports, including hockey, football and rugby. She currently serves on the medical staff for the Toronto Patriots of the OJHL, the Toronto Titans U18 of the GTHL and the Toronto Jr. Argonauts of the OSFL. In practice, Lyndsey is committed to individualized patient-centred care aimed at addressing the root cause of pain. She integrates a range of therapeutic approaches, including joint mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue therapy, cupping, electroacupuncture, clinical and athletic taping, and tailored rehabilitation and strengthening programs. She is passionate about supporting patients in reaching their goals, whether they are recreational or elite athletes, working professionals, or anyone striving to move and feel better.
