Gina Lam is a registered physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience treating pelvic health, orthopaedic, and fitness-related injuries for people of all ages and activity levels. Her treatment approach is guided by four key principles: alignment, mobility, strength, and growth. Gina has worked across the full continuum of care, including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, community care, and private practice. Her experience in orthopaedic, sports medicine, neurological, and oncological rehabilitation gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to recognize both simple and complex movement concerns and assess and treat the body as an integrated system. With training in pelvic health physiotherapy, Gina has completed Levels 1 and 2 through Pelvic Health Solutions, with focused education in urinary incontinence, pelvic pain through a trauma-informed lens, pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain, menopause, diastasis recti, childbirth recovery, and constipation management. She has also pursued specialized training in lactation physiotherapy, including assessment and treatment of breastfeeding-related conditions for both parent and infant, as well as labour and birth preparation, postnatal recovery, C-section scar rehabilitation, and safe return to exercise postpartum. Gina supports clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, core weakness, constipation, breastfeeding-related physical concerns, and return to exercise, while also helping clients recover from orthopaedic and fitness injuries. Her clinical expertise, combined with her personal experience navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery, allows her to bring both professional knowledge and real-life understanding to the clients she supports. Known for her compassionate and whole-person approach, Gina combines hands-on treatment, movement education, and body awareness strategies to help clients feel confident, supported, and strong in their everyday lives.
