Rose is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care by combining rehabilitation exercises, soft tissue therapy, and adjustment techniques. She tailors her treatment plans with a focus on long-term wellness and functional recovery. She adapts methods to include low-force techniques and collaborates closely with patients to develop personalized care strategies. She strives to develop meaningful, collaborative relationships and values a dynamic approach to care. Rose has advanced training in Myofascial Decompression Therapy (cupping), which she integrates alongside traditional compression-based soft tissue techniques. She is also trained in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), an exercise-based approach focused on enhancing muscular stability, movement quality, and functional control. In addition, Rose is a certified Clinical Pilates instructor and offers one-on-one Clinical Pilates sessions as part of her care. Rose graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in the San Francisco Bay Area. She completed a clinical rotation within the Rehabilitation Department at the Department of Veterans Affairs hospital in Redding, California, where she gained experience working with veterans of all ages. Outside of practice, Rose enjoys surfing and snorkeling along the coastline of Vancouver Island.
