Erica is a Registered Physiotherapist who earned her Masters of Physiotherapy from Queens University, prior to that she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. She prioritizes addressing the individual needs of each client, aiming to support them in prevention, maintenance and recovery to optimize their overall functioning. She has experience working with chronic injury management including arthritis and post surgical management. Erica provides a hands on approach along with exercise prescription to empower her clients to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
