Dr. Fatima Manji is a chiropractor focused on helping patients find lasting relief from pain and get back to living their lives. Drawing from her own recovery from disc herniations, she understands how disruptive pain can be and takes a thorough, results-oriented approach to care. Dr. Manji graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2017 after completing her undergraduate studies at Wilfrid Laurier University. She works with a wide range of patients, including those with complex musculoskeletal conditions, individuals seeking custom orthotics, pregnant and postpartum women, and older adults looking to stay active and independent. Her goal is to identify the root cause of a problem and create a personalized treatment plan that helps patients recover, move better, and regain confidence in their bodies. Having personally recovered from two disc herniations, Dr. Manji understands firsthand how pain can affect every aspect of daily life. This experience, combined with her extensive experience working with patients living with chronic pain, has given her a particular interest in helping patients with back pain, sciatica, disc injuries, neck pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions regain confidence in their bodies and return to the activities they love. Dr. Manji has a special interest in custom orthotics and enjoys helping patients who may not realize that foot mechanics can contribute to knee, hip, and lower back pain. By improving alignment and support from the ground up, custom orthotics can help reduce strain on the joints, improve comfort during daily activities, and support long-term mobility. She is also passionate about helping older adults remain active and independent. Low-level laser therapy is one of the tools she uses to help manage pain, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing processes, allowing many patients to stay engaged in the activities they enjoy and maintain their quality of life. Dr. Manji enjoys caring for women throughout all stages of life, including pregnancy and the postpartum period. She understands the physical changes that occur during pregnancy and provides gentle, individualized care aimed at improving comfort, mobility, and overall well-being for both mother and baby. She also enjoys working with infants and young children, helping families support healthy movement and development from an early age. Whether she is helping a new mother find relief from pregnancy-related discomfort, fitting orthotics to reduce strain on the back, hips and knees, supporting an older adult’s mobility, or guiding a patient through recovery from a disc injury, Dr. Manji’s goal is always the same: to help her patients feel heard, understood, and empowered on their journey toward better health. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Manji enjoys playing tennis, running, spending time with family and friends, and walking her Yorkshire Terrier Ruby.
