Dr. Jenny Connolly’s path to chiropractic started on the ice. Growing up in Newfoundland as a competitive hockey player, she had her share of sports injuries — and learned firsthand how the right hands-on care could keep her in the game. That experience shaped the career that followed. Jenny earned her Bachelor of Physical Education from Memorial University, then completed her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. In practice since 2021, she treats acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions with an evidence-based, individualized approach that pairs hands-on treatment with exercise prescription and patient education. Her methods include spinal adjustments and mobilizations, Active Release Techniques (ART), instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and radial shockwave therapy. She holds additional certifications in Functional Range Release (FRR), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and GLA:D (Good Life with osteoArthritis: Denmark), and is always building on her clinical skills. Jenny is a member of the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. Outside the clinic, Jenny enjoys running and getting outdoors for walks with her son Reilly and their dog Ollie. She’s dedicated to giving patients the tools to take an active role in their own health and feel their best, day to day.

Initial Assessment

Your first chiropractic visit is all about understanding you and your needs. You'll discuss your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals with your chiropractor. They'll then assess your posture and movement to get a clear picture of your condition. Based on this, you and your chiropractor will develop a personalized care plan. This may include spinal adjustments, muscle therapy, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations. It's a collaborative start to your journey towards better health and well-being.
