I specialize in stretch therapy, bodywork, and kinesiology-based recovery, with each session designed to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and support long-term movement through personalized, hands-on care. I believe true wellness goes beyond physical recovery—it’s about creating space for the body and mind to reset, restore, and reconnect. Through intentional bodywork and restorative care, I help clients feel more grounded, energized, and better able to show up fully in their everyday lives.
Whether you need a gentle Swedish massage, a therapeutic deep tissue session, or myofascial release of connective tissues, we will craft a session just for you. Before each session, we'll talk to you to determine the best technique (or combination of techniques) for your needs, and will adjust appropriately as your body responds. Of course, if you know you love a particular technique, don't hesitate to tell us! Performed on a table with light oil or lotion.
