Aniela (she/they) is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Minnesota and is board-certified by the NCBAHM (National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine). She graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a Masters in Acupuncture in 2023, and also holds a personal training certification. Aniela has treated patients in hospital, private, and community settings, including at Courage Kenny for motor vehicle accidents, neurological disorders, and PTSD. She has specific experience treating addictions, dysautonomia, lymphedema and lipedema, and post-operative healing. She utilizes the Chinese healing modalities - cupping, tui na, gua sha, electrical stimulation, and food therapy - together with, or in lieu of, needling to treat her patients to their fullest potential. Outside of the clinic, she spends her time with her cat and husband - playing video games, archery, gardening, suffering from a good gym workout, or exploring Minnesota.

Acupuncture

Sliding fee scale $45-$85. This treatment in our community room will include a short cupping session in addition to acupuncture in a small group setting. Most often cupping will be performed on the back, although may occasionally include other areas of the body as indicated. Please wear loose clothing that can be easily moved, or a tank top to expose the upper back. Patient gowns may also be provided if preferred.
