Jasmine graduated from the University of British Columbia with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. She has a strong interest in both physical and mental health promotion, and loves to explore how the two interact. She believes in having clients set attainable goals in order to establish a healthy routine and to keep clients motivated and engaged in their recovery process. Jasmine has a background in personal training, and enjoys helping people incorporate movement into their everyday life to feel better in their body. She loves to learn and is always looking for opportunities to further her knowledge. Throughout her degree, Jasmine worked as a swim instructor, where she gained valuable coaching experience. She also volunteered at a children’s physiotherapy clinic, working with kids with various physical and mental disabilities. Outside of work, she enjoys puzzles, hiking, swimming, and any other water sport. She is always on the lookout for new books or recipe recommendations!
This is a 45-minute INITIAL Kinesiology session that includes an assessment and treatment. Treatment length is dependent on the practitioner. ALL TAXES INCLUDED IN PRICE. Please note: we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Full payment is required without 24 hours notice.
