A UBC graduate, Brianne has spent the past six years working with individuals and teams across a wide range of sports and performance levels, across all age ranges. With a special interest in performance and rehabilitation, their approach is rooted in supporting and educating clients to foster long-term athletic success, overall wellness, and a genuine enjoyment of sport and movement. Brianne’s love of sport and physical activity was fostered early on, and she loves being able to share that joy with others and help them achieve their personal sport and wellness goals. While she grew up playing multiple sports, she ran track in university and has since continued to compete in ultimate frisbee, travelling to tournaments across North America, and having most recently represented Team Canada in 2024. Having also navigated the challenges of injury and recovery firsthand, Brianne brings empathy and insight into the rehabilitation process—guiding athletes not only back to play, but toward stronger, more resilient performance. Their philosophy centers on building strong foundations, developing healthy habits, and empowering athletes with the knowledge to take ownership of their long-term health and success. Brianne has specific experience working with adult runners, hockey, ultimate frisbee, and lacrosse players, as well as a background in coaching youth sports such as volleyball and track and field, and continues to coach high school ultimate frisbee. Outside of the gym, you can find her playing ultimate frisbee, hopping between coffee shops, or listening to live music.
