Elaine Smith RMT Registered Massage Therapist Elaine is a Registered Massage Therapist who brings a unique and well-rounded background to her practice, with previous experience in public safety and occupational health and safety. Since relocating to Kelowna from Edmonton in 2021, she has been focused on building a career in healthcare that supports both recovery and long-term wellness. Her interest in massage therapy began while coaching competitive youth soccer, where she saw firsthand the impact that targeted treatment could have on performance, recovery, and injury prevention. This experience continues to shape her approach in clinic—thoughtful, goal-oriented, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Elaine works with a wide range of clients, from active individuals to those managing injury, chronic illness, or stress. She incorporates techniques such as myofascial therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and joint mobilizations into her treatments to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and support recovery. Her approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, combining therapeutic treatment with a calm and supportive environment to help clients move and feel their best. She is committed to creating a comfortable, professional environment where patients feel supported, heard, and confident in their care. Outside of the clinic, Elaine enjoys making the most of the Okanagan lifestyle. You’ll often find her skiing in the winter, sailing on Okanagan Lake, hiking local trails, or cycling with her family.
