Ive been a practitioner for seven years, graduated from Lincoln Tech in 2019. Im passionate about what I do and take a lot of pride in my work. I specialize in light to medium pressure focusing on relaxation and renewal. I want my clients feeling restored, refreshed, and nourished in both body and mind. Im able to use a stronger pressure to help alleviate with pain and discomfort caused by tension and knotting in focus areas.
Therapeutic Massage Therapy is a style of massage therapy which focuses on getting results vs. just relaxing. Using this term indicates that the purpose of the massage is to achieve a structural change or therapeutic benefit in the body. It is style of treatment where massage therapists mobilize your soft tissue (muscles, tendons, fascia, etc) to restore normal functional use. You should expect to feel great long after your therapeutic massage session ends.
