Jennifer completed her physiotherapy training at McMaster University. Prior to this, she worked as a nurse, where she developed a holistic and compassionate approach to patient care. Jennifer’s dual background provides a strong clinical foundation for her practice, further enhancing her ability to assess, treat, and support patients throughout all stages of their pelvic health journey. Jennifer is committed to creating a comfortable and supportive environment where individuals feel heard when discussing their concerns. Her treatment approach blends manual therapy, exercise prescription, and personalized education, with a focus on functional goals and long-term self-management. She is passionate about empowering individuals to actively participate in their care and build confidence in movement. Jennifer looks forward to working alongside her patients helping them return to activities that matter most to them. When she’s not in the clinic, Jennifer enjoys playing pickleball, exploring new hikes, and traveling the world in search of her next adventure!
