Benjamin Mariano R. Kin, MPK, BaSc. Kin Ben has always been passionate about helping others improve and maintain their quality of life through exercise and movement. This passion led him to pursue a career in kinesiology, earning his Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph Humber, followed by a Master of Professional Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. Throughout his career, Ben has worked with a diverse range of populations, including youth, seniors, athletes, and rehabilitation patients. His experience spans multiple settings, from high-performance and rehabilitation centers to community-based health programs. Committed to continuous learning, Ben holds certifications in Soft Tissue Release and First Aid & CPR/AED. Ben plans to eventually get his CSCS and CSEP-CEP. His approach integrates evidence-based rehabilitation techniques with a personalized touch, ensuring that clients receive the best possible care. He believes in fostering meaningful connections with those he works with, empowering them to achieve their health and movement goals.
