While earning her doctorate, Leslie discovered massage therapy to be an effective modality for relieving musculoskeletal pain and reducing stress. Inspired by its impact, she pursued formal training and earned her massage license in 2010. Since then, she has helped clients address a wide range of conditions, including chronic low back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and persistent headaches. Her practice integrates a variety of physical medicine techniques such as kinesiology taping, cupping, Muscle Energy Technique, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), and hydrotherapy when appropriate. A commitment to healthcare has guided her path since volunteering in a local hospital as a teenager. She has worked with diverse populations across multiple settings and values every opportunity to support others in improving their health and quality of life.

60 minute massage sessions are great for really getting in there and focusing on that tension that you always hold *there* and allowing your therapist time for full-body massage that doesn't need a lot of focused work.
