Rachelle graduated in 2017 with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Saskatchewan. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Calgary. Rachelle has spent her career in private practice treating various musculoskeletal conditions. She is certified up to Level 3 for the Orthopaedic AIM courses and has taken 2 levels of functional dry needling. Her treatment approach includes dry needling, education, manual therapy and exercise prescription. Rachelle understands the importance of getting rid of pain/symptoms before prescribing exercises. She believes exercises are important but there also needs to be some sort of hands on/manual therapy treatment to get there.
