Massage Therapy
The session will include an interview, assessment of the affected areas and postural analysis to develop a treatment plan (5-25 minutes depending on your condition and whether you've been previously assessed at AO) . The remainder of the session is dedicated to hands-on massage treatment.

This testing is performed by a physiotherapist and is designed for high functioning and athletic patients to monitor their progress with their rehabilitation and determine readiness for return to sport. This testing may be recommended by your surgeon at specific times post-operative. This testing is currently available for shoulder instability (anterior/posterior dislocations and surgeries), rotator cuff repair surgery, pectoralis tendon surgery and ACL reconstruction (pre-operative and post-operative). This assessment and testing sessions involves a review of your injury/surgery, structured warm up, strength and functional testing using VALD isometric and force plate technology and a review of your test results. A copy of your results is provided to you, which you can share with your physiotherapist, coach, trainer, surgeon or other members of your care team. It is a high energy, maximum effort assessment.
