60min Hot Stone Massage A full body hot stone massage is a deeply relaxing therapeutic treatment that combines traditional massage techniques with the soothing warmth of smooth, heated stones. Warm basalt stones are carefully placed on key points of the body and used by the therapist to gently glide over muscles using massage oil. The heat from the stones penetrates deeply into the muscles, helping to release tension, improve circulation, and ease stiffness more effectively than a standard massage alone. This treatment is especially beneficial for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and promoting a sense of overall balance and well-being. The steady warmth encourages tight muscles to soften, allowing the therapist to work more deeply without discomfort. Ideal for those seeking both physical relief and mental relaxation, a full body hot stone massage leaves the body feeling lighter, looser, and fully restored.
