Megumi is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from MCG College. She also completed 30 hours of basic Shiatsu massage training at a nursing school in Japan. Before moving into massage therapy, Megumi worked as a Registered Nurse in Japan and is currently working as a Health Care Aide. Drawing on her nursing experience, she strives to keep her knowledge up to date in areas that support overall health and well-being, including breathing, nutrition, sleep, and exercise. As a mother, she is also passionate about supporting women’s health and addressing health concerns related to different stages of life. Megumi finds great joy in helping clients relax and relieve pain, which inspired her to pursue a career as a massage therapist. She has a strong interest in preventive medicine and believes that massage has tremendous potential to help restore balance in the body.
