From an early age, I was the one friend and family turned to — whether they needed a soothing massage or a listening ear. What began as an instinctive way of caring for others soon grew into a deep passion for healing, ultimately guiding me toward a lifelong path in health and wellness. In 1998, I began my professional journey at Foothills College of Massage Therapy. My curiosity about holistic healing soon drew me to Oriental Medicine, and in 1999 I enrolled in a four-year program in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Victoria, BC at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. For over 27 years, I’ve supported clients through Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine and Massage Therapy, with a focus on women’s health, pain management, and mental wellness. My approach is intuitive, holistic and rooted in deep listening — to both your story and your body’s natural wisdom. My Specialties Include: - Perimenopause & Menopause Support Helping women navigate hormonal transitions with grace addressing hot flashes, sleep issues, brain fog, irritability, and more. - Pain Relief & Injury Recovery Treating acute and chronic conditions including low back, neck, and shoulder pain, TMD/TMJ (jaw pain and dysfunction), and sports-related injuries. I use a range of techniques such as traditional and Japanese-style acupuncture, motor point and IMS needling, cupping, Tui Na, and Gua Sha. - Emotional Wellness & Mental Health I understand how the weight of life’s responsibilities — work, family, caregiving, and everything in between — can take a toll on emotional well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself. I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, situational depression, and sleep challenges. I consider myself a caregiver for the caregivers — holding space for those who are always holding it for others. I’ve had the privilege of working with women from all walks of life, offering support through every stage and season. As both a mother and daughter, I understand how essential it is to feel heard, nurtured, and empowered in your healing journey. If you choose to work with me, I welcome you with an open heart and a safe space filled with compassion, presence, and (always) a little laughter
