Keelia graduated with distinction from TriOs College (formerly the International Academy of Massage) in early 2024. Before pursuing massage therapy, she dedicated much of her life to dance, training first as a competitive dancer and later as a professional. She also brings to her practice more than 15 years of experience within the service and hospitality industry where she worked with people from diverse backgrounds, stages and walks of life. Physical activity remains an integral part of her life and she is passionate about helping people move and feel better in their bodies. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, addressing not just the area of pain or injury but also seeking to understand the different aspects of an individual’s life and body that may contribute to their current experience. After spending her first adult years in Hintonburg before moving to New York and Toronto for dance, she is excited to be working in her field within the community. Outside of the clinic she enjoys hiking, camping, cycling around the city, reading, dancing or spending time with friends and family. She is also (slowly) learning to play basketball.

The initial assessment will consist of a detailed history taking and physical examination, followed by massage therapy incorporating soft-tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, cupping and exercise prescription.
