I believe healing happens best when you feel safe, heard, and supported. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply personalized. I blend acupuncture with therapies such as craniosacral therapy, cupping, gua sha, herbal medicine, and lifestyle support to meet your unique needs. No two people—and no two treatments—are exactly alike. I take time to listen, understand the whole picture, and tailor each treatment to the person in front of me. Whether you are seeking relief from pain, support for your nervous system, digestive health, hormones, fertility, sleep, emotional wellness, or overall well-being, your care is centered around your goals, symptoms, and lived experience. Just as important as the treatment itself is the experience of being cared for. I strive to create a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel supported throughout your healing process. My goal is to help you feel better while also feeling seen, heard, and cared for as a whole person. I earned my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science. I am also NCCAOM board-certified in acupuncture and Chinese medicine and licensed by the Minnesota State Medical Board.
90-minute Therapeutic Massage Treatment with 20 minutes of Integration Time This session focuses on calming the nervous system, easing tension, and helping your body unwind through gentle-to-moderate pressure and slow, intentional techniques. This is not a deep tissue massage. Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Reiki, Cupping, Guasha, Aromatherapy, or Sound Bowls can be added to your massage at no extra charge. (Please choose 1-2 add-ons max.)
