Born in Calgary, I'm happy to spend more time in the mountains with Back At It. Massage therapy has been a part of my life, including a snowboarding injury as a teen, collegiate soccer rehab, and now as an adult who wants to keep experiencing and adventuring through life! I have a previous degree in Public Health, working part-time in various health-related research and community-based settings.
