Julia graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. Prior to her physiotherapy career, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McGill University and worked as a personal trainer. Her experience in fitness sparked her interest in patient care and developed her passion for helping people move with confidence. Her approach combines exercise therapy, patient education, manual techniques, soft-tissue work, and individualized goal-setting. She enjoys making fitness and physical activity feel approachable and sustainable, and believes that rehabilitation should be practical, enjoyable, and tailored to each person’s goals. Julia's passion is helping people get back to the activities they love while building long-term strategies for recovery, injury prevention, and staying active. When she’s not in the clinic, you can usually find her working out, exploring a new café, travelling, or stopping to pet just about every dog she sees.
