Gabe has a therapeutic focus, he enjoys practicing deep tissue massage, myofascial and swedish massage techniques. Gabe also has a background in strength training and he incorporates this knowledge of how to balance the muscular system, reduce pain and optimize body mechanics into his massage treatments. Having had his own sports injuries that kept him from doing what he loved, he is passionate about helping his patients to perform and feel their best. Gabe has a passion for the outdoors camping, snowboarding and mountain biking.
