Lee-Ann Walters is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario who has graduated from Centennial College. Lee-Ann’s experience with expecting parents and babies sparked her interest in providing support for families during their perinatal journey. Her continued education in Pelvic Floor External Manuel Therapy allows her to work patiently with new parents as they navigate the muscular changes through pregnancy, postpartum and infancy as well as treat various conditions of the pelvic floor.

Ideal: 0-6weeks Postpartum. Manual lymphatic techniques to decrease water retention, bloating, and swelling. It uses gentle, rhythmic strokes to improve circulation, flush toxins, and promote recovery. Safe anytime after birth (if, c-section, scar must be completely healed)
