My bodywork is physically therapeutic and deeply relaxing. We will partner together to help you move freely, find relief from pain, and increase ease in your body and mind. I integrate techniques from my East-West Bodywork degree program in Minneapolis: Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, therapeutic stretching techniques, and cupping. I am licensed in PA (LMT) and national board certified (NCBTMB). I am a certified 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds, experience levels, abilities, and goals. As with bodywork, my approach to yoga instruction is informed by anatomy, kinesiology, mindfulness, and a love of music (curated playlists included). I’m a native of the New Jersey Shore and hold a Master of Science from Columbia University, and worked in sustainability before beginning my bodywork path.

60 Minute TMJ Massage
New PatientGeneralTMJ

Marked by pain and stiffness in the jaw, face, and neck, TMJD affects the temporomandibular joint, which connects your jaw to the side of your skull. In a 60-minute session, we have the time to address not only the muscles directly surrounding the TMJ, but also the related areas of the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back that contribute to tension and dysfunction. This longer session allows for a more thorough, integrative approach, supporting lasting relief from jaw clenching, teeth grinding (bruxism), headaches, shoulder and facial tension. It is also beneficial for individuals recovering from dental procedures, managing chronic stress, or seeking a comprehensive reset for the jaw and upper body.
