Victoria, a proud Ottawa native, spent the first half of her life as a competitive dancer. After transitioning from dance, she pursued a passion for health and fitness, earning her diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion from Algonquin College in 2015. While building a career as a personal trainer, she decided to deepen her expertise by completing a B.Sc. in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa in 2020. Her academic journey culminated in a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 2023. A lifelong learner, Victoria is deeply committed to continued education. She has completed her Level 1 Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy program and is always seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills. She thrives on acquiring new movement abilities and recently challenged herself by learning how to snowboard.
